Farm visit
Your regional manager visits the farm to appraise your labour requirements, draft a job specification, and advise on appropriate remuneration packages. This visit is free and obligation-free.
Candidate search
We search our vetted database for the right skills and proximity, produce a shortlist of qualified candidates, and — where needed — develop a dedicated advertising strategy to find the right person.
Selection support
LKL attends shortlist interviews with you, asking the practical questions we’ve learned matter, and offering guidance on the final appointment decision.
Placement management
Regular manager visits to the farm, ongoing performance monitoring, and issue resolution when needed. The relationship doesn’t end at placement — it starts there.
