About this role
A 450-cow spring-block farm in North Devon needs a confident Farm Supervisor for a 12-month contract covering the farm owner's sabbatical.
You’ll lead a team of three full-time staff, coordinate with the owner remotely, and keep the farm running to its established rotation. Strong grass management and staff-leadership experience needed.
Requirements
- Proven team-leadership experience on a dairy unit
- Grass-management and rotational-grazing knowledge
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
