I'm Tom. I've been building software for the last 15 years. I'm obsessed with walking into a business, understanding how it actually works, and then building custom software to streamline it.

Process

I visit your office for thirty minutes. I walk around, talk to your team, understand how you actually work. Then I sketch out what I think you need — a working prototype based on what I've seen. I send it over.

You look at it, decide if it's worth building. If yes, I build it. You own it. I maintain it on a monthly retainer, or you can manage it yourself.
